Koh’s pre-opening party @Mint
March 11, 2015 -
A fresh tweak to Balinese nightlife arrives this March with the introduction of Koh – Bali’s new home of forward-thinking electronic music. A cutting-edge venue where music, art and experience collide, Koh is set to usher in a modern era of clubbing to Bali where the music comes first.
In advance of Koh’s highly anticipated launch on March 25, the club is hosting a pre-opening party at Mint in Seminyak, on Wednesday March 11 with revered French DJ trio Apollonia on headline duties. Entitled ‘Low End’, this party is a taste of what punters can expect every Wednesday night at Koh.
Fresh from their Australian stint with Future Music Festival, ‘Low End’ will be your only chance to witness the B2B2B magic of Shonky, Dan Ghenancia and Dyed Soundorom (AKA Apollonia) in Bali this year, as they continue to wow clubbers around the world on their Tour A Tour global tour. With their ‘one record per DJ’ concept, the French collective present a unique take on underground tech-house and techno – one that relies on collaboration and artistic trust.
Support duties on the night will come from U.S. West Coast icon and now regular on the Berlin club circuit, Walker Barnard, and Matt Weir – co-promoter of Sydney’s most revered Sunday party, S.A.S.H.. Welcome to the future of Bali clubbing.
